A view from the church tower, looking south down Church Street towards Taunton Deane. The large building on the left is the old school house which was extended (c.2000) to form the current primary school and the domestic part of the house remains empty (2018). The fields on the left, in the middle distance had houses built on them, centred on Hithermead, in the 1970s.
